When I first started teaching 21 years ago I remember sitting at my desk and thinking to myself, "Where do I start?"
It was like I had a blank canvas and no idea what I needed to paint, where my supplies where, or even if anybody really wanted to see my painting.
What do I need to teach, how will I teach it, and will my students even care?
As the years went on I started to finally get the hang of things and even better than that, I started to find out which lessons I liked, the kids liked, and which ones actually worked.
And as the years continued I even developed my own system of lesson planning called, "Plug and Play".
These days I can plan out an entire 3 week unit in about 5 minutes because I have fine tuned my lessons and "Plug and Play" system.
